Job Description:

Kiddom is growing rapidly — and our Talent team is at the heart of that growth. We’re seeking an experienced People & Programs Partner to help build and scale our people programs, and support our leaders as we continue to expand. You’ll be instrumental in creating an environment where employees can thrive, feel supported, and do their best work. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role as our first dedicated People Partner, working closely with leaders across the company to build foundational systems, guide organizational health, and champion a strong, high-performance culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support: Build strong and trusted relationships with leaders across the business
  • Advise on org design, organizational development, change management, and workforce planning
  • Coach managers on performance, development, compensation, hiring strategy, and difficult conversations
  • Partner cross-functionally to align business strategy with people strategy
  • People Programs & Employee Experience: Design and implement people programs that enhance engagement and enable strong performance
  • Use data to uncover insights, identify trends, and inform people decisions
  • Support employee growth paths and help shape L&D initiatives
  • Work closely with Recruiting and the broader Talent team to execute organizational priorities
  • Ownership & Execution: Own initiatives end-to-end, driving execution with speed and intention
  • Build scalable processes that support a growing organization
  • Act as a proactive problem-solver, identifying gaps and building solutions that strengthen our people foundation

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist within high-growth tech environments
  • Strong business acumen — you understand how people programs drive results
  • A track record of advising leaders and navigating complex situations with sound judgment
  • Deep expertise in one or more HR domains (compensation, L&D, ER, benefits administration, etc.)
  • Experience using data to influence decisions and shape strategy
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • A collaborative mindset — you solve problems thoughtfully, not reactively
  • A bias toward ownership — you build, iterate, and improve with agility
