We're seeking an experienced Director of People Operations to lead our people function during a critical phase of growth. Reporting to the SVP of Finance and People Operations, you'll oversee all aspects of people operations, building scalable systems and programs that support our global team while maintaining the culture and values that make Arize special. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building infrastructure, solving complex problems, and partnering closely with leadership to shape how we grow our team and organization.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with the leadership team to develop and execute people strategy aligned with business objectives
Build and scale the People Operations function to support rapid company growth
Own key people metrics and analytics, providing insights that drive decision-making
Design and implement scalable HR programs, policies, and processes
Oversee full-cycle talent operations including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, and compliance
Lead benefits administration, compensation planning, and equity management
