This role reports to our General Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the Regional Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for leading the People, Culture and Learning strategy and execution for the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr; providing People and Culture support with the overall goal being that the hotel is perceived as the Employer of Choice in your destination.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the People, Culture and Learning strategy and execution
Be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action
Champion top talent and actively support succession planning
Support the hotel as a Business Partner
Foster relationships with others as a coach
Support and drive Corporate People and Culture initiatives
Actively support recruitment, selection, onboarding and development requirements
Evaluate the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives
Analyze compensation and benefits trends to ensure a balance between cost and employee experience
Develop the learning quality and experience on property
Deliver workplace learning and development, performance improvement programs, and initiatives to best achieve long-term business success
Requirements:
