Our client is a growing healthcare organization seeking a Director of Patient Growth to lead patient engagement and conversion efforts across the early patient journey. This role owns the experience from initial inquiry through first appointment, with a focus on improving conversion, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings a mix of leadership, process ownership, and customer-centric thinking.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and optimize patient onboarding and appointment conversion processes
  • Manage and develop a remote customer success team
  • Improve workflows, performance tracking, and operational rigor
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, and Technology teams
  • Use data and CRM tools to drive continuous improvement
