This critical leadership role offers you the opportunity to oversee all patient access operations, drive process improvements, and provide strategic direction to ensure exceptional service for patients and their families.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage all functions related to patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, pre-authorization, and admissions
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maximize efficiency, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance
  • Mentor, train, and supervise a team of patient access managers and staff
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
  • Partner with other departments, including revenue cycle, finance, and clinical teams, to ensure smooth patient flow and positive patient experiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
