Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to join the team. You’ll be accountable for driving exponential growth amongst France’s leading venues and promoters. You will work closely with internal stakeholders in wider global markets to ensure all business opportunities are maximised, with a focus on French expansion and new partnerships.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the vision for the French team and ensure all team members are motivated, supported and engaged in the company’s vision and objectives
  • Identify, negotiate and close partnerships with the best venues, promoters, creators, and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry
  • Reset the brand in the market, work with the teams on creative ways to get us front and centre in each market
  • Encourage the teams to think outside the box to remain competitive and ahead of our competitors
  • Establish and drive the team's new business strategy across lead generation, deal modelling, negotiation, and closing
  • Drive the strategy for expansion into new cities within existing markets, working closely with internal teams to implement processes, systems and reports to monitor growth
  • Accountable for forecasting, reporting and managing up to senior leaders
  • Provide weekly progress reports, enabling clear visibility on the French pipeline and pathway to closing deals
  • Collaborate with the other sales teams globally, leverage ideas and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Engage in leading operational efficiency between sales and account management teams in France
  • Working with operational teams to make sure deals go smoothly
  • Keep up to date with everything cool that’s happening in the entertainment industry

Requirements

  • Experience in a ticketing sales leadership role
  • Strong track record of achieving goals and exceeding business expectations
  • Experience selling and closing complex deals
  • A network of potential partners and local knowledge of France’s entertainment & events scene, and lifestyle trends
  • Excellent sales and commercial know-how
  • Great presentation skills
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Stellar networking skills and the ability to make impactful partnerships happen
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar sales tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal, along with strong attention to detail
