The Director of Paid Media is responsible for overseeing the execution and performance of paid media campaigns across search, social, and emerging digital channels. This role works cross-functionally to translate marketing objectives into effective paid media strategies and ensures campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and optimized for performance. The Director manages a team of paid media professionals and collaborates closely with creative, analytics, and broader marketing teams to drive measurable results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and execution of paid media campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives
  • Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable media plans, identifying optimal platforms and tactics
  • Ensure campaign KPIs are clearly defined, tracked, and optimized against

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in paid media, with hands-on expertise in campaign planning and execution across search and social platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor team members
  • Strong understanding of media analytics, attribution models, and performance measurement
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and related tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (Master’s a plus but not required)
