Job Responsibility
Lead the firm's operations and client service functions
Develop and improve workflows, processes, and operational best practices
Optimize technology, CRM systems, and software integrations
Oversee custodian operations, account administration, and asset movement
Manage key vendor relationships and operational infrastructure
Partner with HR and compliance on onboarding, employee initiatives, and regulatory processes

Requirements
5-7+ years of operations leadership experience within an RIA, wealth management, or financial services firm
Strong knowledge of custodial platforms and wealth management operations
Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, reporting tools, and workflow technology
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
