Job Description:

Strategic business leader of property's Hotel Operations responsible for Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary and Engineering/Maintenance. Works with department heads to develop and implement strategies, ensure brand standards, target customer needs, ensure employee satisfaction, grow revenues and maximize financial performance.

Job Responsibility:

Functions as strategic business leader of property's Hotel Operations
Develops and implements departmental strategies
Ensures implementation of brand service strategy and brand initiatives
Ensures Hotel Operations meet brand standards
Targets customer needs and ensures employee satisfaction
Focuses on growing revenues and maximizes financial performance
Develops and implements property-wide strategies
Manages profitability and revenue goals
Leads operations and department teams
Manages guest experience
Conducts human resources activities

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
