The Director of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operational functions of a Client Account Studio. This individual will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction, ultimately driving the organization's growth and profitability. The Director of Operations will ensure that all operational processes are streamlined, scalable, and aligned with our strategic objectives and commitment to exceptional client service, while fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence. This role requires strong commercial acumen and expert stakeholder management skills to navigate complex internal and external relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement long-term operational strategies
Translate strategic plans into actionable operational initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
Provides strategy and planning for upcoming launches
Oversees quarterly scope planning
Own special projects
Full understanding of flex resourcing model
Operational Management & Process Optimization: Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and best practices
Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems and processes
Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage procurement processes, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
Ensure the right operational structures and roles are in play
Work analytically & creatively across the portfolio
Proven track record of integrating multiple studios in global locations
Financial Oversight & Commercial Compliance: Work closely with finance to develop and manage operational budgets
Ensure full compliance with all centralized financial procedures and policies
Analyze financial information and operational data
Technology & Infrastructure Leadership: Drive the adoption of best-in-class technologies and tools
Act as a key business contact for technology and infrastructure teams
Data & Performance Analysis: Own data capture and analysis
Responsible for producing hindsight reports
Team Leadership & Development: Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to operational teams
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance
Collaborate with Human Resources to develop and implement talent management strategies
