Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events with features like APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more—enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability costs by up to 70%. Coralogix is growing, and we’re looking for a Director of Operations to join our Tel Aviv office and lead our business operations across multiple domains. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage and scale our internal operations while building structure, processes, and vendor relationships in a dynamic, global company.
Job Responsibility
Procurement & Vendor Management: Own end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, commercial negotiations, contract management, purchasing workflows, renewals, and vendor onboarding. Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability across global vendors and service providers
Travel, Global Events & Offsites: Oversee global travel operations, including travel policies, corporate travel platforms, approvals, travel vendors, and employee travel experience. Lead planning and execution of company off-sites, global events, and operational logistics while ensuring cost efficiency and smooth execution
Facilities & Global Office Operations: Oversee global office infrastructure and operational projects, including lease agreements, office expansions, relocations, workplace setup, vendor coordination, and office transitions across global locations. Partner closely with local office admins and stakeholders to ensure operational continuity and scalable workplace operations
IT & Business Systems Operations: Oversee internal IT operations and corporate technology services, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes, hardware lifecycle management, SaaS tools administration, IT vendors, access management, security and compliance coordination, and management of internal and external IT support providers
Cross-Functional Operations: Partner closely with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and business teams to lead company-wide operational initiatives, improve workflows, drive automation opportunities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure scalable and efficient global operations
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience managing operations teams within a global tech company
Proven track record of building, optimizing, and scaling operational processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with procurement systems, travel platforms, and vendor tools – a plus
