Job Responsibility:
Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership by managing complex calendars, coordinating communications, and resolving scheduling conflicts
Prepare high-quality materials, including presentations, agendas, and briefing documents, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy
Track deadlines, action items, and commitments, maintaining a reliable follow-through system to support organizational priorities
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries with precision and adaptability
Act as a trusted gatekeeper, exercising sound judgment and discretion in managing sensitive information and relationships
Manage CEO and Board of Directors activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining governance records
Partner with leadership to ensure effective onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes are executed seamlessly
Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and preparing necessary materials
Oversee office operations, including vendor management, supply coordination, and event planning, to ensure a well-organized and welcoming environment
Administer benefits processes and compliance activities, providing clear communication and support to employees
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive support, human resources, or operations management
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, with the ability to create and edit executive-level presentations
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across all levels of an organization
