Job Description:

As Director of Operations Programmes, you will own and lead the execution of Legora’s most critical, company-wide initiatives. This includes international market launches, post-merger integration, major organisational changes, and other high-stakes programmes that cut across Product, GTM, Finance, People, Legal, and Technology. This role exists to ensure that once a decision is made, it gets executed - fully, cleanly, and at pace. You will build and lead the Operations Programmes function, set the execution standard for the company, and act as a trusted operator to the Head of Operations and executive team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own end-to-end execution of Legora’s highest-priority cross-functional programmes globally
  • Act as the single point of accountability for delivery once strategic decisions are made
  • Build, scale, and lead a small team of senior Operations Programme Managers across regions (US & EMEA)
  • Design and continuously improve Legora’s programme execution model, including governance, decision-making, and escalation mechanisms
  • Lead complex initiatives such as international market entry, M&A integration, and company-wide operating changes
  • Partner closely with the Head of Operations, Chief of Staff, Finance, People, Legal, and functional leaders to ensure alignment and momentum

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in Operations, Program Management, Consulting, or senior execution roles in high-growth environments
  • A strong track record of leading large, cross-functional initiatives with executive-level visibility and impact
  • Strong judgment and comfort making decisions with imperfect information
  • Experience navigating and executing within global organisational structures
  • A leadership style built on clarity, accountability, and low ego
  • Excellent communication skills - direct, structured, and outcome-focused

Nice to have:

  • Experience scaling operations in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Prior ownership of international expansion or post-merger integration
  • Background in management consulting combined with operating experience
  • Experience building and leading programme teams across regions
