• Develop and deliver training, templates, and artifacts
• Establish the Learning Experience Design COE to define standards, templates, and processes
• Partner with business leaders to ensure learning programs are measurable and linked to performance outcomes
• Anticipate future learning needs
• Leverage AI technologies to develop learning solutions
• Ensure all artifacts are ADA compliant
• Deliver strategies that connect learning programs to business results
• Establish and monitor key learning performance metrics
• Implement feedback loops to gather user insights
• Maintain governance processes for content updates

• 5+ years of experience in digital training program design
• Expertise in digital learning
• Proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate
• Knowledge of instructional technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adept problem-solving skills
• Authorization to work in the United States
• A passion for supporting educational and career opportunities for millions of students
• Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
• The ability to travel 4-6 times a year
