Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of digital learning experiences that prepare more than 150 members of our Operations team to deliver exceptional support to our customers throughout their journey.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and deliver training, templates, and artifacts
Establish the Learning Experience Design COE to define standards, templates, and processes
Partner with business leaders to ensure learning programs are measurable and linked to performance outcomes
Anticipate future learning needs
Leverage AI technologies to develop learning solutions
Ensure all artifacts are ADA compliant
Deliver strategies that connect learning programs to business results
Establish and monitor key learning performance metrics
Implement feedback loops to gather user insights
Maintain governance processes for content updates
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in digital training program design
Expertise in digital learning
Proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate
Knowledge of instructional technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adept problem-solving skills
Authorization to work in the United States
A passion for supporting educational and career opportunities for millions of students
Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
The ability to travel 4-6 times a year
