Lead strategic occupancy excellence as a Director of Occupancy Planning & Management with JLL, where you'll play a crucial role ensuring delivery of JLL best practices through Occupancy Planning & Management products, solutions, and tools to real estate clients while serving as the leader for delivery of occupancy planning tasks and bringing best practices, industry insight, and thought leadership to accounts. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients and account teams while fostering critical relationships between various individuals and organizations, ensuring coordination and collaboration among JLL businesses. This role positions you as a strategic leader in workplace optimization, where your expertise in team management, client advisory services, and space portfolio strategy will directly impact client satisfaction and organizational success. Your leadership will contribute to JLL's occupancy planning excellence while you manage teams, drive results through emotional intelligence and strategic thinking, and serve as Subject Matter Expert for key systems, processes, and client deliverables.

  • Collaborate with Space Data Insights Team ensuring meticulous accuracy in occupancy data
  • Adhere to established data quality key performance indicators
  • Manage space portfolios
  • Plan and manage portfolios maximizing space efficiency
  • Assist clients in migration plans, group and individual moves
  • Review project status reports on actual versus projected demand

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field required
  • 7-15 years of experience in corporate environment including space/occupancy planning and data management at strategic level
