Director of Nursing

• Provide clinical oversight and nursing services for adults in Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA), ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality care
• Delegate and monitor medication administration and treatments, evaluating outcomes and staff performance
• Train, supervise, and coach nursing staff and direct support personnel, including medication administration training and ongoing compliance education
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable DHS, state, and program-specific medical requirements
• Oversee admissions, medical documentation, psychotropic medication monitoring, and required health assessments, including Tardive Dyskinesia screenings
• Coordinate nursing care across multiple residential sites, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
• Maintain accountability for the integrity, efficiency, and professionalism of medical services across the program

• Active Illinois RN license and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience within the past 5 years (IDD, residential, behavioral health, long-term care, or community-based care strongly preferred)
• Experience delegating medication administration and training non-licensed staff in compliance with Illinois DHS regulations (Rule 116)
• Ability to travel to residential sites, participate in on-call rotations, and perform physical requirements including two-person lifts
