Job Description

St Jude’s is aiming to significantly expand our training program by launching a Ministry Leadership School (MLS). Our vision is that the MLS will equip lay people for leadership in the life of the church and their vocational lives, as well as offering a pathway for people to step into ordained and other vocational ministries. The director of the MLS will be responsible for advancing our existing ministry training programs, particularly our ministry traineeships, and developing a new MLS structure which integrates and initiates various training programs. The MLS will support St Jude’s members to consider and pursue vocational gospel ministry in Melbourne and the world. The MLS will also train church members for effective leadership in the life of the church and beyond.
