Job Description

The APAC Mid-Market team is part of Meta’s Small and Medium Business Group whose focus is to manage and help small and medium business owners to be successful and to realize their dreams, create jobs for people in their communities, and to connect globally. This team consists of an Account Management team and they are directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results on Meta through consultation, education, and support. The role involves enabling clients to get efficient results from their marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp through solutioning optimization and support. In addition to developing and motivating a high-performing team, this position will be responsible for working with cross-functional/Partner function teams across the organisation to create and grow programs focused on improving the client experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Integral part of Senior Leadership team, partner with Country Directors and key contributor to building the strategic direction of Meta’s overall business in India
  • Work with global peers in the region to build a cohesive strategy
  • Use the strengths of Meta’s products to help clients achieve their objectives
  • Play a critical role in building, inspiring, training and managing a talented, motivated, and highly consultative sales team
  • Build and manage 3rd party ecosystem to drive partnerships and advertiser/revenue growth through Meta business partners and agencies
  • Represent Meta at industry and external press/policy events - be seen as an industry thought leader and trusted peer by executives across a diverse slate of scaled and medium to large-sized companies and brands
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue with new and existing customers
  • Execute projects involving industry research, strategy development and quantitative analysis

Requirements

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience building and managing sales teams including P&L/Sales with direct revenue accountability
  • Understanding of the business landscape in India
  • Understanding of Meta’s products and their strength
  • Experience building strong relationships at the executive level across the business both internally and externally
  • Proven track record of analytical, critical and strategic-thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience effectively influencing and communicating cross-functionally with a focus on collaboration
  • Demonstrated record of effectively operating with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • Experience building and leading teams, shaped by promoting inclusion and encouraging varied perspectives across the team
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, with experience operating within ambiguity

  • Knowledge of 3rd party channels including Meta business partners and agencies

  • Master's degree in Business or equivalent

  • As a Mobile Associate, you will consistently leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process. You will identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. By recommending wireless solutions, and an onboarding solution centric to helping customers understand how to self-serve and utilize the T-Mobile app for wireless needs, you will deepen relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. Review your personal results, current promotions, and updates on the Hub to be Customer Ready at all times. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Partner with nearby store locations to properly/fully on-board customers. Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures. As part of these procedures, you will carry keys to the kiosk cabinets, lock/secure kiosk and assets, and report any lost keys or assets to your manager.
