Independent, not-for-profit, cross-sector membership organisation in Westminster, Central London seeks a Director of Membership & Marketing. The role is responsible for designing and delivering an integrated growth strategy that strengthens member value, drives revenue and elevates the organisation's profile and influence.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and deliver an integrated strategy across membership, partnerships and marketing aligned to organisational growth objectives
  • Lead revenue generation across membership, partnerships and sponsorship activity
  • Contribute to organisational strategy as a member of the Executive team
  • Lead the development of a refreshed marketing and communications strategy
  • Own brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels
  • Enhance external profile through content, events and digital presence
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders across sectors
  • Act as a commercial ambassador at CEO, Board and senior government level
  • Oversee delivery of membership growth and retention targets
