We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to guide a portfolio of luxury outdoor furniture brands and elevate their presence across consumer and trade audiences. This role partners closely with senior leadership to shape integrated marketing efforts that strengthen brand identity, support commercial goals, and expand market reach. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in multi-brand marketing, team leadership, and performance-driven planning within a premium or design-focused environment.
Job Responsibility:
Create and lead comprehensive marketing strategies for six distinct brands, ensuring each approach reflects its unique market position while supporting broader business objectives
Translate sales priorities, product introductions, and channel needs into annual and long-term marketing roadmaps that drive sustainable growth
Direct the development of campaigns across digital platforms, print materials, live experiences, and industry events to deliver consistent and compelling brand visibility
Identify opportunities for collaboration across the brand portfolio to increase efficiency, extend audience reach, and strengthen overall market impact
Oversee the marketing calendar and coordinate execution timelines so initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule
Work closely with sales leadership to support trade-focused programs, showroom experiences, and event initiatives that deepen customer engagement
Use performance data and customer insights to improve acquisition strategies, strengthen retention efforts, and increase long-term customer value
Report on key marketing metrics to executive stakeholders, translating results into clear recommendations and actionable next steps
Guide the creation of brand materials such as catalogs, lookbooks, campaign assets, and sales enablement tools while maintaining a luxury standard
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team while managing budgets with a focus on efficiency, return on investment, and measurable business results
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a director-level leadership role
Demonstrated success managing multi-brand portfolios with differentiated positioning across both B2B and B2C markets
Strong background in integrated marketing, including campaign planning, digital initiatives, product launches, trade events, and brand storytelling
Deep familiarity with the luxury, home furnishings, or design-driven marketplace, including engagement with trade channels
Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Experience using marketing analytics and performance data to guide decision-making and optimize program effectiveness
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field is preferred
Experience in outdoor furniture, premium home goods, luxury interiors, or established networks within design, architecture, or hospitality communities is highly valued
