Job Responsibility:
Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing roadmap that supports business objectives and increases market visibility
Oversee digital marketing initiatives across relevant channels, using performance data to improve reach, engagement, and conversion outcomes
Direct B2B marketing campaigns designed to attract target audiences, nurture prospects, and support revenue goals
Strengthen brand positioning by creating consistent messaging and ensuring alignment across all marketing activities
Use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
Partner with cross-functional leaders to align marketing priorities with sales objectives, product direction, and broader company strategy
Manage campaign planning, budget allocation, and resource prioritization to maximize return on marketing investment
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility in strategic marketing roles
Demonstrated success leading digital marketing programs with measurable business impact
Strong background in B2B marketing with experience developing campaigns for business or enterprise audiences
Proven ability to build brand awareness through well-executed positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives
Expertise in marketing strategy development, execution planning, and performance measurement
Proficiency with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data to guide decision-making
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
