A fast-growing fintech company in the ecommerce/payments space is seeking a Director of Marketing to build and lead the entire marketing function from the ground up. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to shape brand strategy, demand generation, GTM execution, and overall pipeline growth as the company continues scaling rapidly.
Job Responsibility:
Brand positioning and messaging strategy
Demand generation and pipeline growth initiatives
Go-to-market strategy and execution
Performance marketing across paid and organic channels
Product marketing and customer-facing messaging
Sales enablement and partnership with Revenue leadership
Marketing operations, reporting, and KPI ownership
Building and scaling the marketing team/function over time
Requirements:
7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including leadership ownership of demand gen and GTM strategy
Experience building or rebuilding marketing functions in startup or high-growth environments
Strong fintech, payments, SaaS, ecommerce, or financial services industry experience
Proven success driving measurable pipeline growth and marketing ROI
Experience marketing complex B2B products to ecommerce, digital advertising, or performance marketing audiences
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
