Job Responsibility:
Develop and deliver a marketing strategy that drives predictable employer lead generation and supports the CRO’s revenue plan
Lead LCG’s brand, digital and content strategy
Build and lead a high performing specialist marketing team across SEO, Paid, Automation, Social, Content, PR and Campaigns
Own and manage the overall marketing budget
Own employer demand generation activity and marketing’s contribution to revenue
Lead all digital acquisition efforts, including SEO, PPC, paid social, retargeting, email automation and web optimisation
Own the performance, development and optimisation of LCG’s website and digital platforms
Develop LCG’s brand strategy and ensure consistency across all channels and campaigns
Lead structured market, competitor and employer insight programmes
Support the development of clear employer value propositions
Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning
Partner closely with Sales Directors
Build a motivated, high performing marketing team
Requirements:
Proven leadership of a multi‑disciplinary marketing team including digital specialists
Significant experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in a service-led or regulated environment
Demonstrable success in delivering measurable lead generation improvements and marketing ROI
Strong understanding of CRM, automation, analytics platforms and the role of RevOps in a revenue model
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross‑functional alignment
Knowledge of education, skills or apprenticeships desirable but not essential
