We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand presence across digital, retail, and distribution channels in Miami, Florida. Job Responsibility

  • Shape and lead end-to-end marketing strategies that increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue across a portfolio of brands
  • Direct performance across digital channels and customer lifecycle initiatives, using data to improve conversion, engagement, and long-term value

Requirements

  • Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience using attribution models, funnel analysis, and performance reporting tools
  • Background managing substantial media or marketing budgets and overseeing external agencies or strategic partners
  • Working knowledge of direct-to-consumer marketing, analytics platforms, and customer retention or lifecycle strategies
  • Ability to balance brand development with commercial performance in both B2B and B2C environments
  • Experience in regulated sectors such as hemp, cannabis, alcohol, or supplements is strongly preferred
