Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance branding, digital presence, customer retention, and lead generation
lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and ensuring high-quality execution of marketing initiatives
plan, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize audience reach and impact
strengthen and maintain the company’s brand identity by ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all marketing materials
conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth
oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content, including articles, videos, and infographics, to captivate target audiences
optimize digital marketing efforts, including website performance, social media strategies, and online advertising, to boost visibility and traffic
design and implement lead generation strategies that support sales efforts and improve conversion rates
analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and apply insights for continuous improvement
manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
a Master’s degree is preferred
at least 7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles with a proven track record of developing successful strategies
strong expertise in digital marketing platforms, tools, and techniques, including Google Analytics and AdWords
proficient in driving website optimization and online traffic increases through innovative tools and conversion strategies
experience in managing social media campaigns and working with platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
demonstrated ability to collaborate with vendor agencies to track and achieve marketing improvements
excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
background in content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM).
