Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Director of Marketing to lead lead-generation strategy and execution for a growing organization in Georgia. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on campaign management, overseeing digital channels, conversion-focused web experiences, and the systems that capture and measure pipeline performance. The ideal candidate brings strong demand generation expertise, sharp analytical judgment, and the ability to guide a small team while improving results across paid, organic, and owned channels.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the full lead-generation program, setting priorities and driving pipeline growth across digital and offline acquisition channels
  • Manage and enhance the company’s web presence, including landing pages, domains, redirects, site performance, mobile usability, hosting coordination, and conversion optimization
  • Build, maintain, and refine lead-capture forms and connected workflows to ensure accurate data flow across marketing platforms and automation tools
  • Develop and oversee paid acquisition initiatives across platforms such as Google, Meta, and industry publications, adjusting investment based on performance trends
  • Partner with creative contributors to shape ad messaging and produce effective visual, written, and short-form video assets that support campaign goals
  • Establish consistent campaign tracking standards and attribution practices so source reporting remains reliable and actionable
  • Produce regular performance reporting that measures lead volume and conversion outcomes by channel, and use findings to improve future marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with analytics, content, social, funnel optimization, and external partners to strengthen campaign execution and overall marketing effectiveness
  • Supervise and develop a small marketing team, providing direction, accountability, and support for day-to-day execution

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing with demonstrated success meeting lead and conversion goals
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, Marketo, and related marketing automation or integration tools
  • Proven ability to improve landing-page effectiveness, website performance, and conversion rates through testing and optimization
  • Experience translating campaign strategy into creative direction for copy, design, and video assets that drive response
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics, maintain clean tracking, and shift budget based on results
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Background in B2B services, membership-based organizations, coaching, or healthcare-related industries is a plus
