Job Responsibility
Own marketing operations strategy across campaign execution, systems, and performance tracking
Lead and optimize marketing tech stack, including CRM, automation platforms, and analytics tools
Partner with marketing and business leaders to drive data-driven decision making and ROI measurement
Oversee campaign workflows, lead management processes, and reporting frameworks
Build dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, funnel performance, and attribution
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional alignment
Manage and develop a team focused on operations, analytics, and campaign execution
Collaborate with digital, content, and field marketing teams to streamline execution
Requirements
8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or related field
Proven experience leading marketing systems, processes, and performance strategy
Strong background with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Experience building reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance insights
Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
