Job Description

The Director of Marketing Operations is responsible for building and scaling the marketing engine that powers growth. This role owns the marketing tech stack, data infrastructure, reporting, and operational processes that enable efficient execution and measurable impact. This leader will define the martech and AI strategy while building a team to support a high-performing marketing organization. This role reports to the SVP of Marketing.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and own the marketing technology and AI strategy aligned with business goals
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools across the marketing stack
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI for efficiency, personalization, and performance
  • Own and optimize core platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, and related tools
  • Ensure seamless integration across systems to support data accuracy and workflow efficiency
  • Maintain data hygiene, governance, and compliance
  • Partner closely with IT to align on systems architecture, security, and scalability
  • Build and manage the marketing operating system that prioritizes, routes, and tracks all marketing initiatives
  • Act as the central hub for coordinating campaigns, projects, and resources across marketing
  • Create processes that ensure alignment, efficiency, and accountability across teams
  • Define and optimize campaign management processes from planning through execution and measurement
  • Own lead lifecycle management, including lead routing, scoring, qualification, and handoff to sales
  • Ensure alignment with revenue teams on SLAs, definitions, and funnel stages
  • Continuously improve conversion rates and pipeline efficiency through process optimization
  • Develop and own marketing reporting frameworks, dashboards, and attribution models
  • Provide clear visibility into performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Deliver actionable insights to marketing and executive leadership
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing operations team

Requirements

  • 8+ years in marketing operations or revenue operations roles
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, and modern marketing tech stacks
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
  • Proven experience building teams and scaling operations in a growth environment
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing environments
