We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented leader to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational backbone of our global marketing and XDR engines, ensuring tools, processes, automation and AI scale with our rapid growth.
Job Responsibility:
Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across the marketing organization, focusing on marketing automation, lead and campaign management, data cleanliness and tying that back to results and ROMI
Support day-to-day operations for Marketing and XDR teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions, for new customer logos and customer expansion teams
Build and lead a global focus on centralized best practices, enablement, and consistent marketing processes across all regions ensuring we are optimizing with automation and AI
Ensure all marketing applications are fully integrated, effectively serving business needs, and adhering to a cohesive global strategy
Own marketing automation strategy and execution globally and within the regions to drive improved business outcomes and funnel conversion
Partner with the VP of Marketing Operations and senior stakeholders in Sales, IT and other departments to streamline marketing effectiveness and impact across the organization
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with a strong preference for candidates from a B2B SaaS environment
Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders across Sales, IT, and Finance to effect positive change
Deep, hands-on understanding of contemporary sales and marketing operations tools, including advanced marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (and emerging AI technologies)
Experience managing global teams and supporting diverse regional requirements in a high-growth environment
A data-driven mindset who will partner with our Marketing Analysts and help translate operational metrics into actionable insights for business leaders
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing managers and specialists to drive operational excellence and support career growth
