The Campaign Solutions and Execution Leader will own the end-to-end strategy, planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. They will translate strategic initiatives into detailed project plans, manage cross-functional resources, and ensure timely, high-quality deployment across channels (email, social, web, events). This role requires a blend of creative project management, technical proficiency in automation tools, and data-driven analysis to optimize campaign outcomes and best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Campaign Planning & Management: Develop detailed campaign plans, timelines, and budgets for multi-channel initiatives
Operational Execution: Oversee the setup and deployment of campaigns within the MarTech stack (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, On24, Zoom, Vidyard, Contentful, Segment, Stensul, Qualified, Intercom)
Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with shared services teams (design, content, web) and collaborate with sales/demand gen to ensure alignment
Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics and apply AI-driven insights to continuously optimize targeting, creative, and channel mix
Data Hygiene & Process: Manage lead lists, data compliance (GDPR/privacy), and consent processes
Stakeholder Management: Work with leadership to align with company goals and report on campaign results
Requirements:
8–10+ years in marketing roles, specifically in marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA preferred)
Strong proficiency in CRM/Marketing Automation systems (Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, Tableau, etc. AI Tools a strong plus)
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agency partners
Strong data-driven mindset with experience in ROI analysis
High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
Strong interpersonal skills to influence and drive change across teams
