Job Description

Maximize sales and profit in Japan by developing and executing marketing strategies

Job Responsibility

  • Create marketing strategies to lead the overall activities (HCP and consumer marketing, market access of OC/CC/BM, product management, and digital and consumer care operations)
  • Lead product launches and manage existing portfolio: market analysis, forecast, launch plan training and all promotional activities in Japan, through close collaboration with the global HQ in Denmark, sales team and logistics, etc.
  • Lead and develop a team of 6 direct reports with 30+ teammates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above within business, economics, marketing, finance or similar
  • In-depth marketing experience in the medical industry is required
  • Significant people management experience (min 5 years)
  • Language: highly fluent English and smooth communication with global HQ in Denmark, Japanese is not required
