Job Description:

Randstad Canada is currently looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to join fantastic Winnipeg-based organization in the footwear/apparel industry with deep cultural roots.

Job Responsibility:

Evaluating and developing marketing strategies while promoting brand identity and culture
Manage and mentor the marketing team
Strategic planning, brand management, campaign execution, market research
Managing budgets and performance analysis
Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (media, government, boards, etc.)
Analyze market trends and establish KPI's to measure effectiveness of marketing campaign
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Economics
10+ years of experience in Direct-to-Customer product marketing ideally in apparel and/or footwear
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Critical and creative thinking abilities
Great knowledge of digital and traditional marketing tactics and best practices
Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience
Strong Business acumen, ability to develop and execute strategic plans
Must be able to travel to the US as well as within Canada
