Seeking a Director of Manufacturing and Program Delivery to lead Technical Program Management and Product Realization teams, focusing on optimizing global operational processes and ensuring high-quality hardware delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive process excellence through New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Develop manufacturing relationships with ODM and JDM partners
  • Lead a global team of Technical Program Managers and Product Realization Leads
  • Optimize delivery schedules to align hardware and software collaboration

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of hardware experience
  • At least five years spent formally leading direct reports and managing their performance and development
  • Expert in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
  • A strategic problem-solver
  • Manufacturing savvy with experience in ODM/JDM partnerships

Nice to have:
