We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Legal Support Services to lead and elevate the operational backbone of a growing law firm. This strategic leader will oversee managers responsible for Legal Administrative Assistants, Paralegals, Office Leaders, and Work Product Support teams—ensuring exceptional client service, operational efficiency, and high-quality work product across multiple offices.
