Job Description:

A global Am Law Firm is looking for an accomplished Legal Operations professional to lead a client value team for a selection of key clients. A fantastic opportunity for someone to drive value whilst delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a team to strengthen strategic client relationships and deploy firm resources
Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams
Work with Pricing, Marketing, Accounting, IT, and eDiscovery to ensure that client strategy is implemented consistently
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Partner with Relationship Managers and Marketing to understand client business objectives and track key client deliverables
Report on relevant outcomes while highlighting value generated by the team
Oversee the implementation of pricing and project management best practices to improve financial metrics of client relationships
Improve client services and implement LPM best practices

Requirements:

Experience managing legal operations and interdisciplinary teams
Am Law 100 and/or equivalent in-house legal experience
PMP, MBA and/or JD is preferred
Strong knowledge of US, European, and international legal markets
