Job Description:

The Director of IT is responsible for leading the organization’s technology strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on CRM and ERP implementation, automation, and continuous improvement. This role requires demonstrated experience managing full-cycle CRM and ERP deployments.

Job Responsibility:

Lead end-to-end CRM and ERP implementation projects
Drive automation of workflows and business processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, select systems, and manage vendor relationships
Oversee systems integration, data migration, and user adoption strategies
Identify and implement process improvements through technology solutions
Manage IT infrastructure, systems security, compliance, and governance
Lead a cross-functional IT team to deliver on technology goals and project timelines
Ensure high performance of internal systems
Report KPIs, risks, and progress to executive leadership

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
Proven experience with full-cycle CRM and ERP implementations
Experience with Monday.com is a plus
Strong background in automation tools, systems integration, and digital transformation
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or ERP/CRM vendor-specific credentials are a plus

Nice to have:
