• Tech Strategic Planning
• Technical Roadmap experience
• Previous Direct report experience
• Technical IT Current Infrastructure experience
• IT Budget experience
• Proven track record of Direct Reports and Developing Staff
• Smaller IT / Tech Team, 2 Direct Reports, 10 – 15 people in IT with a larger company
• Prior Infrastructure experience – Current Technical skills with VMware, server support / Windows, O365, and Storage
• General understanding of Server and Network performance and troubleshooting
• Windows Server, Active Directory & MS Exchange Server, VOIP, Citrix & HyperVisor technology, Networking, and Cloud based technology
• O365, Routers / Switches / Storage
• O365 and Cloud experience
• Security / Network Security / Generalized Data experience
• Managing Vendor relationships
• Manage the data center
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, including VMware, Windows Server, and Active Directory
• Strong technical skills in networking, storage, and cloud technologies such as Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop IT teams within a smaller organizational structure
• Experience in strategic planning and execution of technology roadmaps
• Knowledge of security practices and network troubleshooting
• Ability to manage IT budgets and vendor relationships effectively
• Familiarity with backup technologies, configuration management, and Cisco systems
• Hands-on expertise with server support, networking hardware, and data center operations
