Job Description:

Visionary Director role to strategically lead and execute the development of enterprise-wide inventory orchestration, automation, and system resilience initiatives. Critical for enhancing deployment efficiency, automating failover, optimizing performance, ensuring platforms are modern, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Leading a high-performing team, driving significant transformation, and directly impacting core operational strategies within a dynamic organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for inventory orchestration applications
  • Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams
  • Oversee the design and development of robust, scalable, and resilient inventory orchestration systems
  • Drive improvements in deployment, failover automation, performance optimization, and secure access management
  • Establish and evolve the quality assurance function
  • Partner with product, operations, and other engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
  • Extensive experience in business, functional and people management
  • Proven leadership experience in a technical or engineering director role within inventory orchestration, supply chain management, or large-scale enterprise technology
  • Strong background in application development, enterprise architecture, and platform modernization
  • Ability to influence and drive change across complex, cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in inventory orchestration, automation, high-availability system design, and operational efficiency
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Mastery of dependency management, resource planning, and risk mitigation
  • Experience leading teams through technology transformations and enterprise-wide migrations
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience with infrastructure automation, configuration management, and policy-driven orchestration
  • Knowledge of authentication, identity management, and secure access frameworks
  • Familiarity with high-availability architectures, failover automation, and self-healing system design
  • Understanding of secrets management, credential handling, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong grasp of containerized application execution and performance optimization
  • Ability to manage relationships in a global, fast-paced environment while driving large-scale transformation initiatives
