Job Description

LERMA/ is seeking a solution-oriented integrated investment director (Search + Social) to lead integrated paid search and social strategies across channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Bing, Performance Max, and emerging AI-based platforms. This leader will help our partners maximize full-funnel performance, drive measurable outcomes, and champion innovation across biddable ecosystems.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise and mentor a team of social buyers, supervisors, and associate directors, providing training and guidance on industry best practices and campaign management techniques
  • Troubleshoot technical assets such as product catalogs, pixels, offline data sets and more
  • Well versed in the paid social vendor landscape and contributes to agency POVs
  • Participate in meetings/client QBRs and assist with meeting deliverables and keynote presentations
  • Lead voice for senior-level client relationships and provide key social media subject matter expertise and thought leadership to drive innovation, manage team priorities, and lead content
  • Oversee the development of learning agendas, including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and optimization requirements, to ensure full impact and efficiency of each campaign
  • Provide final sign-off on RFP creation and review of partners’ responses, act as a point of escalation for partner negotiations, and stewardship of key partnerships

Requirements

  • Seven-plus years of experience in a digital media agency environment, with deep hands-on knowledge of both paid search and paid social ecosystems
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-scale campaigns across Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max), Bing, and major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Three-plus years of experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams
  • adept at setting clear standards, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational excellence
  • Demonstrated expertise in automation, bidding strategies, and AI-enhanced optimization (e.g., Performance Max, predictive audiences, or machine learning-driven targeting)
  • Advanced understanding of tracking and measurement systems, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and offline conversion imports
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization), with comfort using data to tell compelling stories
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners across strategy, analytics, and creative disciplines
