The ideal candidate will be a high-calibre institutional sales professional responsible for driving Pave Bank’s institutional growth and contributing to commercial strategy. You will lead the full institutional sales lifecycle - originating and closing high-value opportunities, structuring complex multi-currency and digital asset solutions, and deepening relationships with exchanges, OTC desks, payment institutions, funds, fintechs, and corporates. Working closely with senior leadership, you will ensure institutional insights inform commercial priorities and collaborate with product, treasury, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions for sophisticated, high-volume clients. The role will also help lay the foundation for future team development as Pave Bank scales.

  • Lead and close complex, high-value institutional opportunities across exchanges, OTC desks, payment institutions, funds, and fintechs
  • Structure multi-entity and cross-border solutions, including settlement, liquidity, and custody workflows
  • Develop commercial proposals, pricing structures, and revenue models that support Pave Bank’s growth strategy
  • Translate sophisticated institutional requirements into scalable banking and digital asset solutions in collaboration with product, treasury, and engineering teams
  • Shape client strategy through market mapping, institutional insights, and expansion opportunities across key verticals
  • Contribute to commercial playbooks, sales methodologies, and scalable processes as the bank grows
  • Support development of junior talent and future team scale as the organisation expands

Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of enterprise sales or institutional coverage in banking, payments, fintech, or digital assets
  • Proven ability to originate and close complex, high-value institutional accounts
  • Strong understanding of cross-border settlement, treasury flows, liquidity structures, custody frameworks, and digital asset operations
  • Strong financial, commercial, and pricing skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scaling banking environment
