Job Responsibility:
Lead HR Strategy: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
Drive Talent Acquisition: Build and execute recruiting strategies to support growth across multiple locations
Empower Performance: Oversee performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
Manage Total Rewards: Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll programs to ensure competitive and compliant practices
Champion Culture: Act as a point of escalation for employee relations and lead initiatives that foster engagement and belonging
Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to employment laws and regulatory requirements across multiple states
Support Growth: Play a key role in integration activities during acquisitions, ensuring smooth onboarding and cultural alignment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience
Expertise in multi-state compliance and organizational change
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
