Job Responsibility:
Lead HR strategy development and implementation aligned with business objectives across all locations
Oversee recruitment, hiring, and retention initiatives to build strong, hospitality-driven teams
Champion, enhance, and sustain a people-centered culture focused on respect, equity, and inclusion
Design and execute training programs that develop internal leaders and elevate service standards
Manage compensation, benefits, and performance management processes
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor regulations and HR best practices
Requirements:
8+ years of progressive HR experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (required)
SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification (required)
In-depth knowledge of employment law, conflict resolution, and organizational development
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic and day-to-day HR activities
Nice to have:
Experience in multi-location HR management within hospitality or restaurants
