Job Description:

Are you a strategic HR leader ready to make a lasting impact in one of Morocco's most vibrant hospitality destinations? Rabat Marriott Hotel is seeking a Director of Human Resources to champion our people-first culture and drive excellence across all facets of talent management. As a key member of our Executive Committee, you'll work directly with the General Manager and collaborate with regional HR leadership to shape the future of our workforce.

Job Responsibility:

Lead HR Strategy: Translate business goals into impactful HR initiatives that support our brand and property vision
Drive Talent Excellence: Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and performance development to build a high-performing, diverse team
Champion Culture & Engagement: Foster a workplace where associates thrive, feel valued, and are empowered to grow
Shape Compensation & Recognition: Design competitive compensation strategies and recognition programs that reward excellence
Coach & Develop Leaders: Be a trusted advisor to department heads and a mentor to HR team members
Be a Change Agent: Lead transformation initiatives that enhance employee experience and business outcomes

Requirements:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in HR leadership within hospitality or a similar dynamic environment
A strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and coaching skills
Passion for people, culture, and operational excellence
