Job Description:

The Director of Human Resources will report directly to the property General Manager and be an integral member of the property executive committee. This role contributes high-level human resource generalist knowledge and expertise for a designated property, accountable for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and development for property employees.

Job Responsibility:

Manage Human Resources strategy execution
Lead talent management and succession planning
Coordinate staffing and recruitment processes
Oversee employee compensation strategy
Manage staff development activities
Serve as key change manager for employee initiatives
Attend executive committee meetings
Supervise HR staff

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
4 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area
Experience in talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management
Ability to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Knowledge of compensation and benefits programs
Experience with employee relations and staff development
