Job Responsibility:
Lead the planning, development, and execution of human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals and service line needs
Partner with executive and senior leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Participate in organizational committees and quality initiatives as assigned
Oversee daily HR operations to ensure consistent, effective service delivery across all programs and departments
Supervise HR staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and professional development
Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, handbooks, and job descriptions to ensure compliance and consistency
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems
Direct recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning strategies for all positions
Partner with department leaders to assess staffing needs and competency requirements
