This is a 3 month contract role to cover leave, with possibility of conversion. Job Responsibility:
Lead employee relations with confidence, including tough conversations, performance issues, and conflict resolution
Address day‑to‑day cultural challenges—including interpersonal dynamics—with fairness and neutrality
Provide consistent employee recognition and drive engagement initiatives that reinforce a positive culture
Support an executive team of six, including four high‑energy leaders who thrive in long, collaborative work sessions
Adapt quickly as priorities shift
stay flexible and responsive to emerging needs
Act independently with minimal supervision—especially while key leadership is traveling up to 50% of the time
Communicate effectively through various channels, including maintaining team morale via “Dream Team” style messages
Maintain a sense of humor and operate with a lighthearted, team‑oriented approach while still bringing maturity and professionalism
Requirements:
Experienced HR/People leader
Strong business maturity
Skilled in conflict resolution and navigating sensitive interpersonal issues
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with shifting priorities
Highly independent—comfortable working without micromanagement
Positive personality with a great sense of humor
