We are looking for an experienced Director of HR to guide and oversee human resources operations within our organization. This leadership role involves managing employee relations, compliance, and HR strategies to support organizational growth and success.
Job Responsibility
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
Oversee employee relations, ensuring workplace harmony and resolution of conflicts
Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, compliance, and communication
Utilize HRIS systems to streamline processes and maintain accurate personnel records
Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure a positive experience for new hires
Create and analyze reports using Excel to support decision-making and track HR metrics
Ensure compliance with California labor laws and regulations
Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and succession strategies
Provide guidance and training to managers on HR policies and best practices
Foster a culture of engagement and inclusion across the organization
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior-level HR role
In-depth knowledge of California employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
Strong expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution
Experience in onboarding processes and benefits administration
Proven ability to manage compliance with state and federal labor laws
Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive HR initiatives
