As a Director of HR, Global Sales in our New York City office, you’ll play a vital role in partnering with Sales Leadership and owning and delivering the strategic HR roadmap for the Sales organization. This is a player-coach role: while leading the global team, the individual will also be hands-on with key initiatives where their direct involvement is needed to accelerate impact.
Job Responsibility:
Own and deliver the global HR roadmap for Sales
Act as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership
Anticipate future needs faced by the global Sales organization
Guide leaders in structuring high-performing teams
Strengthen leadership capability
Track and measure the impact of HR strategies and initiatives within Sales
Leverage AI and workforce analytics to provide real-time insights
Champion a culture of high engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Deep global experience partnering with leaders to align people strategies with business goals
Past experience leading a high-performing global HRBP team
Strong analytical and HR metrics expertise
Working knowledge of how high-performing teams are structured
High comfort level with using people data and insights to support decision-making
Previous experience playing a major role in talent development, performance management and/or succession planning
Experience leading regional or global HR initiatives
