To have complete knowledge of the Four Seasons Quality Standards, Service Standards and Group Specifications
To have complete knowledge of Four Seasons Programs e.g. Guest History etc
To have complete knowledge of Four Seasons standard operating policies and procedure
Ensure that dept. profit goals are met or exceeded
Maintains current and available Policy and procedure manuals for all staff
Ensures staff are trained to understand and compete all common requests
Requirements:
At least five years of work experience in the same position at an international brand hotel
Able to lead and motivate team
Fluent English speaking and writing skills
Financial knowledge
