Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering
  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service and memorable experiences
  • Support recruiting, hiring, training, and performance development of associates
  • Assist with financial performance, budgeting, and profitability initiatives
  • Ensure teams consistently meet brand and Colwen Hotels service standards
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and respectful workplace culture
  • Champion associate recognition and engagement initiatives
  • Conduct daily property walks to ensure cleanliness, product quality, and service excellence
  • Collaborate closely with all departments including Sales & Marketing, Finance, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hotel management experience
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Deep understanding of hotel operations and service standards
